At the end of a long tiring day, there is nothing we all love more than brewing a fresh cup of coffee and sinking into the couch to enjoy a few moments of well-earned bliss. But a hot cup of coffee can leave behind a stain. Coffee spilled on a surface can be wiped up immediately with almost no stubborn staining. However, if allowed to set, the coffee may leave a tough stain that can be hard to remove.
There are multiple solutions to remove coffee stains from a coffee table or work top, and all it takes are a few basic household supplies that can be found in any home.
For recent dry stains, pour up to 1 teaspoon of white vinegar over the stain and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Once the stain is dissolved, clean the area with a cloth and let it dry.
Another option to remove coffee stains is baking soda. Mix one part of baking soda into warm water and apply this solution with a white cloth in a circular motion to the stain. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then wipe it off with paper towels or a cloth.
While these solutions may eliminate the light stains, dark or set stains are difficult to remove. So, now is the time to try WD-40 Multi-Use product.
Simply spray WD-40 directly on the stubborn stains, then wipe them away with a clean cloth.
