WD-40® Multi Use Product
Toothbrush
Microfibre Cloth or towel
Warm, soapy water

Preparation
Before you start, make sure you gather together everything you need. Next, fill a bucket up with some hot water, and add some washing up liquid or car wash to the water.
Step 2
A good clean
Once you have the bucket of warm soapy water, grab your sponge, and begin cleaning the chrome in a circular motion. Now, you will start to see the dirt and grime break down and the chrome begin to get cleaner.
Step 3
Scrub to remove stubborn dirt
Sometimes the dirt and grime can become stubborn and hard to remove with soap and water. If this is the case, grab a soft bristled brush or toothbrush and scrub the most stubborn and stuck on dirt and grime.

Dry off excess water
Once you are happy that you have cleaned and removed the built up dirt and grime, it is time to dry the chrome off. So, grab a microfibre cloth or a towel. This will help to gain the shine back and leave the chrome looking great.

Protect for the future
Do not forget to use WD-40 Multi Use Product to maintain and protect the chrome now that it is clean. Firstly, spray the WD-40 Multi Use Product onto the chrome. Next, leave it to work for a few moments. Finally, wipe it away with a rag. Make sure you don’t get WD-40 Multi Use Product onto tyres, or they will lose their grip.
