How to change a car battery

Step 1
Remove the old battery
First, to change a car battery, make sure the car engine has been off for ten minutes to avoid possible electric shock. Next, open the engine, and unscrew the negative terminal (- sign), then the positive terminal (+ sign). If the nuts are blocked, use WD-40 Multi-Use Product to loosen them. Step 2
Install the new battery
